Where is Home For the Holidays?

Is there a minimum age required to attend?
100.7 WHUD’s Home for the Holidays is an ALL AGES show.
When do the doors open?
Doors for this show will be one hour prior to the start time, so 6:00 p.m. Please plan accordingly.
Where do I park and how much is parking?
There is secure and convenient parking available. City of Poughkeepsie municipal lots are located on Cannon Street (take a right at the light before the theater). Private lots surrounding the theater are also available. Should you have any questions, Event Staff will direct you.
I need to tell all of my friends on Social Media about Home for the Holidays…any tips?

Can I get backstage?
Unfortunately, no. The backstage area is strictly used for loading and unloading of instruments and working staff.
Should I drive separately from my friends?
100.7 WHUD recommends that you carpool to Home for the Holidays.
Can I bring food/drinks/cooler inside the Bardavon?
Can I bring a camera?
Audio, video and photographic recording is not permitted at most performances. Should the artist allow such photos taken by cell phones the venue will then permit low key, non-flash photos. Please check with box office staff should you have any further questions.
Can I drop-off/pick-up?
Yes. Make sure that all members of your party know exactly where you will be dropping them off and picking them up as we expect a large crowd. This concert is anticipated to be a SOLD OUT event. There are a lot of people in and around the Bardavon that day. So please be aware of the location that your party will meet before and after the concert. Your children are your responsibility.
Is there a Will Call?
Yes. The Bardavon box office will be open no later than 1 hour prior to the performance. Proper photo identification is required (valid driver’s license or passport) in order to claim your tickets. Your order confirmation number and purchasing credit card may also be required, if applicable. Information regarding Will Call tickets will not be given out over the phone.
So what can/can’t I bring to the show?
NO CIGARETTES, NO VAPE (The Bardavon is a non-smoking venue)
NO GLASS, NO ALCOHOL, NO SHARP OBJECTS OR WEAPONS OF ANY KIND
Bags are ok but will be searched.
No outside food or beverages permitted.
What if I won tickets from 100.7 WHUD?
All tickets won on 100.7 WHUD will be at the Bardavon box office the day of the show

If purchased at the box office, Ticketmaster fees are waived! A small credit card fee still applies.

**NO REFUNDS. ALL SALES FINAL.** No cancellations Everyone must have a ticket – including infants. Lap seats may be available for some performances. If you can not attend a performance and are unable to give your tickets to a friend, you may donate your tickets back to the Bardavon/UPAC for resale prior to the performance. If they are resold, the Bardavon/UPAC will acknowledge your donation with a receipt for tax purposes.
