Chances are - you never heard of Second Chance Foods in Brewster.

Hi, it's Kacey. 

Second Chance Foods is a nonprofit that rescue good food before it goes to waste from restaurants, supermarkets and even farms!  Volunteers drive that nutritious food to pantries across Westchester and the Hudson Valley.  They also make meals in their commercial kitchen. 

When I'm not on the radio, I help run the Let It Shine Food Pantry in Verplanck. Second Chance Foods is a miracle maker, showing up every week with great produce, bread and sometimes even fresh flowers!  Second Chance makes a huge difference in people's lives.

Their fundraiser is coming up on Wednesday - and everyone is welcome to attend.
