The team at Serve & Savour, a leading entertaining and catering website, asked over 2,400 people across America to spill the beans about what kind and how they prefer that have their margarita served.
While other states like flavored margaritas like strawberry and mango and other states prefer shaken not frozen, salt or no salt, New York keeps it pretty simple and classic.

According to serveandsavor.com's research, the #1 way New Yorkers most often order their margaritas is frozen, with real lime, Patron tequila, and salt around the rim. Classy!
I have to admit I was surprised by the 'frozen' preference. I thought New Yorkers might lean more sophisticated and just go with shaken. What are your thoughts? Did the survey get it right?
