Men's Haircuts Lack Imagination

A survey of 2,000 men found that most stick to the same haircut for over a decade due to lack of confidence or fear of judgment. The study revealed that men typically settle on a hairstyle by age 31, with short back and sides being the most popular choice. The 'alpaca back and sides' haircut, inspired by the animal's fleece, has emerged as a trendy option, especially among 25 to 34-year-olds.  The study also showed that men are least likely to experiment with their hair compared to other aspects of their appearance, but a significant life event or consultation with a trusted hairdresser could prompt a change in hairstyle. The study, conducted by OnePoll, revealed that 38 per cent care about others' opinions on their appearance - with 28 per cent believing they are more fashionable than their friends.
