I didn't know it was National Ravioli Day until the folks at Uncle Giuseppe's In Yorktown Heights told me! Then Doreen the Catering Manager showed up this morning with not only ravioli but pastry treats from their bakery too!

I'm grabbing the lobster ravioli and a bottle of marinara sauce...co-workers have to split the rest!

So here's to National Ravioli Day...I've already put in in my 2027 planner for March 20th!
