Make Extra Cash Being A Carriage Footman
There is a company in Middletown, New York, that does horse-drawn carriage rides for special events. Celtic Valley Carriage offers what they call a fine boutique carriage service. They apparently are heading into their busy season and are looking for help.
The busy times are now through December, and they are looking for what they call a Weekend Footman, so that means you most likely want to keep what we all call our day job and grab this as a side hustle. Celtic Valley Carriage is looking for an extra set of hands on the weekends.
You may be asking What does a footman do? Dress in carriage attire and bring a sense of tradition to the experience, help passengers in and out of the carriage, offer blankets and collect payments.
Horse experience is preferred, but you don’t need carriage driving experience; however, if you want to learn, there could be an opportunity. Also, if you can drive a truck and trailer, that could be an extra paycheck. If you think this sounds fun, find out more by calling 607-423-8179 or messaging them through Facebook.
