2023 was for sure Melanie Martinez's come-back year, and her "Portals" tour was only the beginning of her big steps back into the limelight! Melanie has been a pretty popular name since her original album debut back in 2015. Her first album, titled "Crybaby" is still to this day in many peoples shuffle playlists, especially some of her hits such as "Cry Baby" and :"Dollhouse". In 2019, Martinez dropped her sophomore album "K-12", which also featured a "movie" that followed the plots of the album, song by song.

Melanie's most recent album "Portals" was a big success, with several songs making the charts. As this album was the first of her newly established look, fans were in high anticipation for what was to come. Following the album release was her "Portals" tour, which had full houses each night!!

Now although her recent tour was treated with nothing but love, many fans expressed their sadness when they realized that she would not be singing any songs from her previous albums. And it seems that these worries were heard, and prayers were answered, as her recently announced North American "Trilogy Tour" will feature songs from ALL of her albums thus far!!
