It’s cool that law enforcement attended Poughkeepsie High School’s prom—it builds trust, shows community support, and ensures everyone feels safe while celebrating a memorable night. But that doesn't mean they have to keep a stiff upper lip. After all, prom is a celebratory occasion, and one police officer totally embraced being there.
Poughkeepsie High School held prom last Thursday night. Not only did City of Poughkeepsie Police Department's Officer Geuss work the event, he seemed to enjoy himself and join in on the fun.
Officer Geuss added some flare to his uniform, golden butterflies and even a flower crown, and posed for some prom photos.
According to Hudson Valley Post, Geuss even busted a move on the dancefloor! What a team player.
