Kendall Feighan was working for the FBI. Now, she's baking cookies for a living. Talk about a pivot!
Certainly, the FBI is good work if you can get it, but sometimes the pull towards a more creative lane takes over. So, after graduating culinary school last year (and baking more than 50,000 cookies out of her home), Kendall has taken her passion for baking cookies from her kitchen to a fully-realized storefront in White Plains!
Feighan's cookie store is called Just Chippy's and it opens to the public on Tuesday, January 13, 2026! Just Chippy's was reportedly built from the ground up and is located at 931 N. Broadway in White Plains.

Not only does Just Chippy's bake up its signature Chocolate Chippy cookie, but you can also sink your teeth into flavors like Nan's Blueberry Best, the Oatmeal 'Date' Night, a fun twist on the traditional oatmeal cookie, and if I don't get my hands on a batch of Just Chippy's Mom's PB&J peanut butter and jelly cookie I might just burst, lol.
The Grand Opening event at Just Chippy's takes place on Jan. 13th from 12p-8p.
