Let's get one thing out of the way. I'm a HUGE Claire Danes fan. Going all the way back to the short lived 'My So-Called Life', I don't think she's ever acted in a project I didn't like. Most recently, she had me transfixed by her performance in the Netflix series 'The Beast in Me' where she was in peak form as a writer investigating the disappearance of the wife of her neighbor played by Matthew Rhys. If you haven't binged yet you should go watch it ASAP. You'll be HOOKED.

Claire also was at the top of my Best Dressed list from the Golden Globes where she wore a gorgeous white gown inspired by a white pocket T-shirt and designed by Zac Posen for Gap. It was a lesson in effortless perfection. She's such a style icon for me, too.

But, I digress. Because the point of this story is that Claire Danes was spotted this week right here in The Hudson Valley! She's currently filming a new Hulu series called 'The Spot' in Yonkers, and even stopped to take photos with a few of the locals.

I checked Claire's upcoming projects on her iMDb and I don't see anything listed called 'The Spot' so I can't give you any insight into the plot, but I did notice she's also set to star in a series 'Rodham' based on the life of Hilary Clinton.
