WHUD Sandals Resorts Radio Promotion 2016 Contest Rules

1. The WHUD Sandals Royal Bahamian Spa Resort and Offshore Island  contest is airing February 1, 2016 to February 26th. On-line registration is from February 1^st to February 21st with on-air qualifying from February 8^th to February 26^th with the “WHUD Name Game.”  At 9 am, 1 pm & 5 pm, we will call out names from on-line registration.  A person whose name is called will have 15 minutes to call in to the WHUD Contest Line, 1-877-274-9483 and they will be one of 45 qualifiers for one of the two grand prizes. If that person doesn’t call in time, we will take a random caller. Two qualifiers will be selected by random drawing for the two trips, with one winner announced on Monday, February 29^th and a second winner announced on Tuesday morning, March 1st.
2. Winner must be 18 or older. Sandals Resorts is a couples only destination.
3.       Winners are responsible for any state or federal taxes and will receive a 1099 at the end of 2016 from the station.

5. Sandals Resorts is a Luxury Included resort destination. Prizes include luxurious accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy), all meals, including Gourmet Discovery Dining, unlimited premium brand beverages, daily and nightly entertainment, all land and water sports, including scuba diving (for certified divers), snorkeling, gratuities, and transfers to and from the resort designated airport! 

6.      Telephone calls, Internet, Red Lane Spa treatments and services, specialty dining, tours & excursions, inter-island transportation, SCUBA certification courses, island departure taxes and purchases made at Sandals Specialty Shops are not included.

7. Round-trip coach airfare for two (2) provided by Unique Travel, Corp. is valid to/from nearest major gateway to resort designated airport. Airline TBD will serve as the official airline sponsor.  The tickets are valid until March 5, 2017 and are subject to availability and black-out periods (black-out dates to be determined).  Restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Airfare reservations will not be confirmed until 90 days prior to the selected travel date.

8. Estimated value of vacation and round trip coach airfare for two adults=$4,000. Airfare reservations will not be confirmed until 90 days prior to selected travel date.   Prize must be redeemed for travel within one year from March 5, 2016.  Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.  No extension will be given after the prize has expired. If the prize is not redeemed, the prize is void.

9. The prize is subject to space availability and selected blackout dates. Reservations will not be confirmed until 30 days prior to selected travel date.

10. Employees of Pamal Broadcasting and its subsidiaries, Sandals Resorts, Unique Travel Corp. and their families are not eligible. Contest is not open to owners, officers, employees, consultants or advertising-marketing agencies of or for any radio stations or cable television franchises in the New York Total Survey Area as defined by Arbitron Radio.

11. Winners of any major prize (value of $600 or more) in the last 12 months are not eligible. WHUD’s 30 day daily prize rule is waived for this contest along with our normal age requirement.  For this contest, winners must be 21 or older.

12. By accepting a prize, winner agrees to release and hold sponsors harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage. By participating in this sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by all the Official Rules of this sweepstakes.
