 RULES

WHUD’s Good Reasons “Pup” Facebook Promotion airs from June 20, 2016 until Sunday, June 28, 2016 with the winner announced on Tuesday, June 28, 2016 with Mike & Kacey in the Morning.

1. Photo submissions for the contest (one per household) can be made June 20, 2016 to June 26, 2016 to [email protected].
2. Photo submissions will be posted in the “Good Reasons Photo Gallery” on WHUD’s Facebook starting on Monday, June 20, 2016 and through Monday, June 27, 2016. A winner will be selected by random drawing from all of the entries received.
3. The winner receives a $250 gift basket from Good Reasons, filled with delicious, all natural healthy dog treats.
4. WHUD’s 30 day prize rule is waived for this contest. Winner and photo submission must be from someone 18 or older.
5. By accepting a prize, winner agrees to release and hold Pamal Broadcasting, Ltd., and Good Reasons harmless from any and all loses, damages, rights, claims and actions including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage. By participating in this sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by all the Official Rules of this sweepstakes.
6. Employees of Pamal Broadcasting and its subsidiaries, and their families and Good Reasons are not eligible. Contest is not open to owners, officers, employees, consultants or advertising-marketing agencies of or for any radio stations, cable television franchises in the Hudson Valley Market and New York Total Survey Area as defined by Arbitron Radio.
