It is highly encouraged to avoid travel between 6pm Monday the 13th and 6 am Wednesday the 15th. Dutchess and Ulster County is anticipated to receive 6 to 12 inches. Upper Hudson Valley is looking at a possible 8 to 16 inches. Orange and Putnam County are looking at 6 to 12 inches, and 2 to 5 inches is expected in Rockland and Westchester Counties.
