CONTEST RULES
• The WHUD Sesame Place Family Getaway contest will air June 29th through July 26th. Sesame Place Family Getaway winners will be announced on July 7th , July 14th , July 21st and July 28th.
• Limit of one winner per household. Qualifiers must be 21 or older.
• Winners are responsible for any state or federal taxes and will receive a 1099 at the end of the year.
• Each Sesame Place Getaway is for four (4) people and includes hotel accommodations for two (2) nights (one room), four (4) Elmo's Any 2-Day tickets, four (4) Breakfast with Characters. Winners are responsible for additional meals, beverages, anything not stated in the prize description and any applicable taxes and gratuities. Prizes must be used by October 24, 2009. Each trip is valued at $869.75.
• Prize can't be substituted for cash or transferred.
• Employees of Pamal Broadcasting and it's subsidiaries, Sesame Place, Busch Entertainment Corporation and their families are not eligible. Contest is not open to owners, officers, employees, consultants or advertising-marketing agencies of or for any radio stations or cable television franchises in the New York Total Survey Area as defined by Arbitron Radio.
• Winners of any major prize (value of $600 or more) in the last 12 months are not eligible. WHUD's 30 day daily prize rule is waived for this contest along with our normal age requirement. For this contest, winners must be 21 or older.
• By accepting a prize, winner agrees to release and hold sponsors harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage. By participating in this sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by all the Official Rules of this sweepstakes.
