All of us at 100.7 WHUD have lost a friend and colleague.
Gary Lee Zoehfeld “The Z Man” has lost his battle to cancer.
Gary joined the staff of 100.7 WHUD in the mid 1980's.
He was the host and voice evenings from 1986 to 1992 and
also worked as the production director for both WHUD-FM
and sister station, WLNA-AM. From the mid- 90's until
his illness took its toll, Gary worked weekends on WHUD
and was a fixture on Christmas mornings with our
Holiday Festival of Music. We send our condolences
to his family and friends and will never forget “The Z Man”.
