Barbados Trip Contest Rules
• The WHUD Barbados Trip contest is airing February 13, 2012 through March 4, 2012. On-air qualifying will occur weekdays at approximately 7:15 am and 5:15 pm 2/13/12-3/2/12. Deadline for online registration is midnight, March 4, 2012. Winner will be selected by random drawing from all of the qualifiers (on-air and online). The winner will be announced on Wednesday, March 7, 2012 at 7:15 am.
• Limit of one entry per person, online or on air. Qualifiers must be 21 or older.
• Winners are responsible for any state or federal taxes and will receive a 1099 at the end of the year.
• The winner will receive airfare for two from an area airport, accommodations at an all-inclusive resort for two for (3) nights, and (4) four days and will receive some ground activities. Winners are responsible for incidentals and any additional services. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and gratuities associated with prize. Prize must be used by March 7, 2013 or will be forfeited. Prize cannot be used during blackout dates. Black out dates to be determined by Barbados Tourism Authority. The trip is valued at $4,450. A valid passport is required for travel to Barbados . Camouflage cannot be worn in Barbados.
• Prize can't be substituted for cash or transferred.
• Employees of Pamal Broadcasting and it's subsidiaries, Barbados Tourism or any prize provider and their families are not eligible. Contest is not open to owners, officers, employees, consultants or advertising-marketing agencies of or for any radio stations or cable television franchises in the New York Total Survey Area as defined by Arbitron Radio.
• Winners of any major prize (value of $600 or more) in the last 12 months are not eligible. WHUD's 30 day daily prize rule is waived for this contest along with our normal age requirement. For this contest, winners must be 21 or older.
• By accepting a prize, winner agrees to release and hold sponsors harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage. By participating in this sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by all the Official Rules of this sweepstakes.
