SUMMER FUN AT MARITIME AQUARIUM AT NORWALK AND THE IMAX THEATRE
Listen during the 100.7 Days of Summer for tickets to the Maritime Aquarium at Norwalk . Saturday May 24th through Labor Day, see a rare "great white of the wetlands," when The Maritime Aquarium welcomes an eight-foot albino alligator and "The Great White Alligator" exhibit. This extremely rare alligator-along with an alligator snapping turtle, the largest freshwater turtle species in the world- will be on display in a special outdoor exhibit on the riverfront courtyard.
Opening July 1st , "African Underwater Safari" - exhibit and simulator ride and film. Explore aquatic wonders of the Dark Continent with amazing fish and reptiles from all of Africa 's major water systems. It's a great way to "explore" Africa for less than the cost of a tank of gas!

SCREENINGS UNDER THE STARS 2008
100.7 WHUD is once again joining the Westchester County Parks Department to present "Screening Under the Stars 2008" Outdoor Movies at Kensico Dam Plaza in Valhalla on Thursday July 10th , and a special presentation on Thursday August 21st . Gates open at 5 pm for picnicking. Entertainment at 6 pm with the movie beginning at sunset. Free admission and parking. Carpooling is suggested. BETHEL WOODS CENTER FOR THE ARTS
This summer you will find an exciting concert line-up at the Bethel Woods Center for the Arts. Located 90 miles from New York City at the site of the original Woodstock festival in Bethel , New York is a 15,000-seat outdoor performing arts venue. The main pavilion covers 4,500 seats with another 10,500 seats available on a natural sloping lawn with unique backdrops including the original festival site. Look for the new Museum at Bethel Woods. PEEKSKILL CELEBRATION 2008
It's the 12th summer of terrific entertainment and family fun with Peekskill Celebration 2008, July 2nd to August 3rd .
It begins with the 23rd Annual Wednesday Night Riverfront Concert Series at Peekskill 's Riverfront Green Park . As always, the concerts are FREE! Bring a blanket, pack a picnic or help the Peekskill Lions by purchasing dinner from their usual menu including Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, and of course Ice Cream.
Here is the line-up:
July 2nd at 7 pm, a performance by the Brothers of the Road (Allman Brothers Tribute Band) hosted by WHUD's Mike Bennett .
July 9th at 7pm, Roxy Perry, the Queen of NY Blues hosted by WHUD's Tom Furci .
July 16th at 7 pm, The Roys, a Country Duo hosted by WHUD's Mike Bennett .
July 23rd at 7 pm, Kenny Vance & The Planotones (50's/60's Rock N Roll) hosted by WHUD's Tom Furci
July 30th at 7pm, Tom Chapin & Friends hosted by WHUD's Kacey .
The evening begins at 6 pm with a Hudson Valley Artist spotlight followed by the main concert event at 7 pm . In case of rain, concerts are moved to the Paramount Center For The Arts on Brown Street . Listen to WHUD for concert information when it rains. When concerts are at the Riverfront, there is FREE Shuttle bus service from Downtown and Charles Point Park beginning at 5 pm sponsored by MTA Metro North Railroad .

On Friday night August 1st , join 100.7 WHUD and Entergy Nuclear Northeast for the Main Stage Concert with "Still Surfin", a Beach Boys Tribute hosted by WHUD's Tom Furci at Peekskill 's Riverfront Green Park .
Also that night, there will be an Arts & Crafts Show, Exhibitor Booths and Food Booths. Again, MTA Metro North Railroad will provide Shuttle Bus Service from 5 pm until 10 pm from Downtown and Charles Point .
