Steve is originally from the Bronx but moved to the Hudson Valley later in his youth. He has worked at a number of radio stations along the way starting out in Kingston, NY at WKNY-AM. From there it was on to WJJB (98 Fame) in Poughkeepsie followed by the New England Tour. First stop on the tour was Connecticut at WRCH at 100.5-Fm. In the late 80's Steve was Operations Manager at WYRY-FM in Keene, NH and then went south in the early 90's to WHYN-FM in Springfield, MA. Steve's Dream was to one day work at a New York City Metro station and that happened in the Summer of 1993 when he became full time at WPAT-FM 93.1 (one of his co-workers was WHUD's own Andy Bale). That lasted until the Spring of 1996 when WPAT went Spanish. In the Summer of 96 Steve found himself at WFAS-FM and left in 1999. He now works full time at a Radio Software products company and is enjoying Saturdays and Sundays at WHUD. Steve resides in Cornwall with his wife Serena, son Steve Jr and daughter Shannen.
