I want to thank you for reading "Airwaves" for the last two years.

This is my farewell!  I am not really leaving, you'll still hear my voice from time to time.  However, since I won't be here on a weekly basis, "Airwaves" will cease. 

I have been here at WHUD for 15 years.  I have decided to give up my regular Saturday shift for different reasons.  The main one being that I need to be with my family. 

There are some projects that I am working on, including one that is near and dear to my heart-Autism Awareness.  My youngest son, Gregory, suffers from Autism.  He is a beautiful 11 year old child who brings us nothing but pride and pure joy.  He is our gift and I need to help him and others like him anyway I can.

So, thank you again for your emails, your phone calls, and your friendship.  You can still email me at lfrancese @whudfm.com and I would love to hear from you.
